The Corporation, in its wholly-owned subsidiaries, has 800 employees including over 100 professionals (engineers, chemists, technicians, artisans, etc). To meet the high standard manpower required, the company trains graduates, students on attachment and apprentices every year contributing to national manpower development.

Since our Establishment, Chemplex has diversified from its only primary focuses by building abundant, world-class fertilizer Blending processing plant, Magnetite Production operations .  We have:

• Built a new fertilizer blending plant at Zimbabwe Phosphate industries, which capacited and drived production several fertilizer blends.
• Contributed significantly to the country’s  GDP.
• Made it very mandatory to action SDG’s in all our business processes.
• Promoted new downstream industries.
• Supported local communities through health, education, Wellness and social initiatives.
• Contributed to building new infrastructure facilities
